Mission Statement

The Regional Delivery Network of West Michigan is a leader in responding to the needs of our communities by listening to, and partnering with, residents and employers. Our physicians and other health care providers will continue to be leaders in developing evidence-based medical approaches that enhance the health status of our communities by improving the results of health care. The Regional Delivery Network (RDN) will be the leading resource of health management information and education to our community customers as the health care industry changes. RDN members will take responsibility for managing health care delivery in a manner that supports the need for appropriate, convenient, high quality, and timely service to our customers.
